Report: A long way from Chigaco

I finished a book called "A long way from Chicago". This book is by an author called Richard Peck. Here's a summary of this book.

Each summer over nine years of the "Depression, Joey and his sister, Mary Alice- two city slickers from Chicago- make their annul visit to Grandma Dowdel's sleepy Illinois town. Soon enough, they find that it's far from sleepy... and Grandma is way more typical. From seeing a corpse to helping Grandma trespass, pinch property, catch the sheriff in his undies, and feed the poor and hungry- all in one day!

I liked this book because it was hilarious, especially the part where the sheriff is caught in his undies.
