A Ghost Tale for Christmas Time
I read a Magic Tree House book called “A Ghost Tale for Christmas”. It was written by Mary Pope Osborne. There were two kids called Jack and Annie. They need to help Charles Dickens who was a famous writer and was going to stop writing books because he decided to help poor children instead of writing books. Jack and Annie needed a magic violin to help Charles to re-write books in their adventure.
Charles Dickens was very poor when he was young, but then he became rich by writing books. When Jack and Annie went in their magic tree house and appeared in London, they persuaded Charles Dickens to write more books by using their magic violin. Charles Dickens got an inspiration to write more books, and their mission was accomplished!
My favourite part was when Charles Dickens noticed that everybody loves his books and he realized that he should keep on writing books.
I really like the series Magic Tree House because there always have an unexpected problems and it’s really magic. I recommend everyone to read it.

ReplyDeletehey Joyce, you definitely think that by turning a stone to a tree house is a magic right? well, i think the books Charles Dickens write are also magic because as we read them, we learn new stories and those stories suddenly change us, and we start thinking differently. So books are magics that work in our brains.
ReplyDeletei'd love to read this book because I love magic and history of famous people. I am glad Jack and Annie helped such a famous person.
